  I operated and maintained Patriot missile launchers and associated equipment. This job took me from the Republic of Korea (South Korea) to Fort Bliss, Texas and then to White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico.

  My role includes assisting in the establishment and application of CBRN defense measures, providing training advice and supervision regarding use and maintenance procedures for CBRN equipment and operations, training military and civilian personnel first responders on CBRN response operations, and operating and maintaining detection and decontamination equipment. I was a team leader in my bridging company. We built both girder style bridges as well as floating bridges. I instructed both classes and small groups in military skills and subjects. My specialty was nuclear/biological/chemical equipment and readiness. Our company specialized in segmented floating bridges.

  My main responsibility is preparing individual components for bonding, and then fixing them in place. I also test the final product for conformance to standards, and to ensure that the electronic compoents are working correctly.
