  Inkam operates Bangladesh’s first nationwide end-to-end digital activation network, with over 14,000 affiliates covering 99% of the country. The company was founded in 2021 to drive financial inclusion and digital literacy. As a product manager, I achieved the following: 1. I have collaborated seamlessly with cross-functional teams, with great people skills and domain knowledge. 2. I have discovered more prolonged and repetitive feedback loops between the design and engineering teams. To solve this, I encouraged in-person feature discovery meetings between product, engineering, and design team representatives so that the features are desirable, viable, and feasible from the very start. 3. I have always contributed to boosting the team morale, which led to a successful MVP launch.4.
