  · Mentored a Platoon of 30 servicemen from enlistment to become operationally ready. As a Platoon Commander of a High Readiness Core unit and 24-hour standby duties were required. Ensured the morale and competency of the platoon was maintained at its peak.· Managed operations schedule for the servicemen to ensure all parties were contented. However, the outmoded scheduling process made it difficult and cumbersome to plan for the manpower required for a round the clock standby cycle and there were many errors in the daily nominal roll that was critical in the operations. · Designed and implemented a cloud scheduling system to streamline the rostering process and ensure all data that was sent out was free of error. The system significantly reduced the time needed for the process by 50% and was later implemented for all scheduling processes of the battalion. Show less
