      This role supported the successful development, implementation and evaluation of the cohealth Integrated Health Promotion Plan in collaboration with internal staff and external stakeholders.This was done by managing competing demands within allocated resources in a dynamic environment, prioritising tasks and projects and collaborating with a range of stakeholders. In this role, I implemented two place based partnership initiatives: one using community development approaches to support community members to deliver a number of 'micro projects' and one addressing emotional well being for primary school aged children, using an arts-based approach.       This critical role was responsible for the development and implementation of the Hume Health and Wellbeing Plan and Hume Positive Ageing Strategy, as well as providing planning and policy development across a range of health-related service areas.While in this role, I successfully applied for a Hume Whittlesea PCP grant for an innovative nature based play initiative which aimed to increase rates of physical activity among children and their parents. I designed and delivered a staff health and wellbeing initiative which engaged over 150 Hume staff and led to positive physical activity behaviour change in over 50% of survey respondents. I also designed and facilitated a collaboration workshop for key Hume staff which resulted in new multi-department projects. Show less

      This purpose of this role was to deliver the Ready, Set, Equity! project, funded by the Victorian Government's Free From Violence Funding. The project aimed to increase the visibility, profile, representation and participation of girls and women in sport with Moonee Valley.
