  As the General Manager for the Nordics and Sweden, I humbly lead the adventure of setting the strategic direction, securing operational excellence of our ice cream division with full P&L responsibility end to end. With Unilever set to demerge its Ice Cream business, I will lead the journey to establish our new company in the Nordics, driving growth, foster innovation, and ensure our beloved products delight consumers across the region. Contributing to Nutrition Europe’s performance by structuring our Portfolio transformation deploying automated pricing initiatives, aggressively simplifying the portfolio and enhancing scalability through streamlined operations and a centralized operating model. Transformed Norway into a high-performing business by implementing profit recovery strategies, rightsizing the organization, and redesigning operational workflows, resulting in a significant turnaround.
