  The major projects:RoboTrain - safe autonomous train technology concept • The initial phase of the Robotrain project was successfully finished after more than 11 000 km test drives in 2019. The result was a functional prototype of the obstacle detection equipment installed on the Train (type MV 810). Data collected are being used for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning purposes of improving obstacle detection and train reactions.Digital transformation of Thermo Fisher Electron Microscopes • Management of several projects in electron microscopy. • Weekly status meetings with customers and presentations of achieved goals • Projects planning • I look after the whole process. From vision through product design to development XEVOQ - reservation system for meeting rooms • I managed the hardware design for the meeting room reservation system. The hardware prototype was made by coordination of 5 external companies which I personally found and coordinated. • Every company is making a part of the final product. • The whole hardware prototyping process got only 4 days because I convinced the companies to prioritize that projectELTRIS - Safety Traindriver Advisor Tablet Application • ELTRIS is a navigation safety advisor for train drivers. System is installed on the standard tablets of the train drivers as an Application and has a cloud based “back-end”. Based on the localisation of the train (satellite coordinates from tablets improved with own algorithms) and alerts the driver when overseeing e.g. speeding, changing voltage etc. Show less
