By working together on all occasions, the staff was able to cohesively live together and work together for over a 5 month period. Communication: Explaining instructions in a detailed, clear and confident manner to safeguard children aged 7-16 from the sailboats and hazardous conditions. Excellent Management Skills: Managing assistant instructors and children meant that versatility in my approach was key.
