  During my time at Chapter One I developed the new concept of the venue as well as designed and decorated the bar whilst also creating the food and drinks menus. I was additionally responsible for hiring a completely new team (from management to kitchen, floor and bar staff) and providing training across Health & Safety, Hygiene, Food and Drinks Handling, Customer Service Skills and other administrative tasks. Furthermore, I was responsible for developing the marketing strategy (incl. design of new website, social websites management, etc.). As part of my duties as General Manager, I was in charge of selecting the most appropriate entertainment for regular and special nights, auditioning music bands and single acts that performed in there 5 days at week. Keeping and developing a good reputation and image of the venue with costumers, visitors and the local community. I was responsible for the administrative and financial aspect of the business as I dealt with suppliers, carried out food and drinks ordering, entered invoices and dealt with credits and returns of goods. I also carried out weekly stock takes, handled the daily banking and produced weekly financial reports. Show less

  As a Receptionist/Bartender I was the first point of contact for costumers and visitors. My duties included meet & greet, answering the phone in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring the smooth transition of calls from the main switchboard to the relevant people/department, dealing with general enquiries as well as taking and managing the bookings of tables and events at the restaurant. The responsibilities further ranged from opening and closing the bar, cashing up and doing monthly stock takes, as well as maintaining the wine and spirit stocks. In addition, I trained new team members and conducted cocktail and wine training to restaurant and kitchen staff. It was important that the restaurant’s high quality of drinks was maintained at all times. This job entailed working under pressure and dealing with several tasks at once, as the restaurant was often very busy.   I was part of the small opening team of St. John’s hotel, which belongs to the prestigious restaurant company. This roll allowed me to use and increase my knowledge in costumer service and marketing. I have had the pleasure to work with some of the finest people in the industry with a lot of passion for what they are doing and attention to detail, always presenting an excellent picture and great quality. My duties included covering the reception area, greeting costumers and visitors, answering the phone, taking hotel and restaurant bookings, dealing with general enquiries, provide a top class service in all areas of the hotel. Also, as the majority of our guests and costumers are VIPs (celebrities, actors, and musicians) my skills in dealing with people to the highest standard whilst respecting their privacy increased enormously.   My duties include recording, mixing, editing as well as assisting the Head Engineer during recording sessions at the studio. I also greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, answer phone calls, take and manage studio bookings, deal with general enquiries, set up the recording and rehearsal rooms according to the costumer’s specifications, conduct general technical checks on the studio equipment, perform maintenance and troubleshooting tasks. The filing of records of costumer data and music library, storage and stock control of equipment coming in and out of the studio, and undertaking general administrative duties as required are also part of my role at Bonafide Studio.   Self-employed musician, producer, sound engineer, drums and percussion instructor and music facilitator for workshops.I have plenty of international stage experience as a drummer and percussionist in concerts, festivals and private gigs. Played with many bands in the U.K. and abroad like "The Feuds", "Peligroso", "Jimmy C and The Blues Dragons", "The Archway Tavern House Band","World Soul Fusion","Oh!GunQuit" and more and recently started to play regular gigs with the artist, singer and song writer "Alice Phelps" and artist, singer and song writer and ambassador for peace "Tally Koren".A few of my achievements to date:Composed, played and recorded all the drum parts of the new album of the signed band "OhGunQuit".Produced, composed, played, recorded, mixed and mastered my own album "Healing Music For The Evolution Of The Soul" which is available for download on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon, etc.With my background as sound engineer I have recorded and mixed plenty of bands and musicians as a freelance sound engineer in studios and live music venues in London and Mexico and have produced few more.I am a freelance Music facilitator for the charity "Access All Areas" doing weekly multi-sensoral workshops for adults with multiple and profound disabilities practising music therapy techniques on groups as well as one-to-one sessions. I also teach drums and percussions privately and in the Bonafide Studios in London.With my hang drum, I have also worked with a number of Yoga teachers of various disciplines providing a music background for their practices in classes, workshops, exhibitions as well as festivals around the U.K. I enjoy to constantly expand my knowledge and experience in music. In this context, I am very interested and study the use of frequencies and how they affect matter in order to achieve the best sounds and effects. I also enjoy getting involved in new (at times experimental) music projects and am very dedicated once I commit to a new project. Show less
