Desde una situación totalmente fuera de la zona confort, realicé todas las gestiones necesarias para poder trabajar en Inglaterra. Conseguí un alquiler en un piso compartido y un empleo en uno de los mejores hoteles de la ciudad, el cual compaginaba con clases de inglés en una academia. Pertenecía al equipo encargado de lavar todos los utensilios de cocina y de mantener las 4 cocinas del hotel limpias y en perfecto estado. Show less

Me encargaba de preparar los ingredientes antes de que pasaran a manos de los chefs y de tener un stock mínimo de algunos de ellos en las cámaras frigoríficas.

Control of material delivery times from other delegations and from suppliers.I was the liaison with the Purchasing Department for the resolution of incidents as well as for the training of the rest of the staff of my branch regarding new standard operating procedures when placing orders.Special discounts management.Monitoring of our purchase orders and control of deadlines.I also carried out continuous improvement tasks after analyzing the greatest weaknesses of the branch:- Server cleaning: reduction in the number of open orders from more than 2000 to those that were really pending, about 60. By getting the active involvement of the rest of the staff, this improvement was stable. I also managed to update and stabilize the status of purchase orders, as well as material requirements to the central office in Getafe. Thanks to this work, customer service time was reduced and therefore customer satisfaction was improved, since reliable data was available to inform them about our available stock and about the material reception forecasts.- Application of 5S methodology: - By simply placing 5 stackable paper trays, one for each day of the week, I made it much easier for the deliveries responsible to manage the shipments of material, saving time for both him and the carrier. - Placement in alphabetical order of all the catalogs of our suppliers. With such a simple action, no time was wasted searching for the information needed to serve a customer or to place an order with the manufacturer. Show less

Gracias a ello se han podido identificar los aspectos a mejorar, se han tomado decisiones al respecto y los resultados no han podido ser mejores: 2023, año con menos averías.- Seguimiento de distintos componentes electrónicos y mecánicos para comprobar la vida útil media, implementando un mantenimiento preventivo más exhaustivo y consiguiendo una reducción significativa en las averías.- Reordenación y etiquetado de la oficina y del almacén teniendo en cuenta criterios ergonómicos y de eficiencia.- Limpieza y reordenación del servidor.- Integrante del proyecto de digitalización de la empresa.
