  Having defined the Target Operating Model for Scotland's Census 2021, I have taken on the Programme Manager's position to deliver to every household in Scotland an online census which can be accessed by (almost) any device and backed up by an omni-channel support system. Also ensuring the downstream processing system is in place and secure to support the robust analysis requirements to deliver timely and accurate results The next Scottish census is going online. As Enterprise Architect I defined the Target Operating Model for the first fully online census for Scotland. Working with subject matter experts to join the dots we will move into the digital world when conducting this census. We will achieve things that were not possible in a paper environment with increased accuracy, reduced processing time and effort as well as increased relevance of census results.
