To empower sales teams, I created dynamic pricing for the portfolio, increasing pricing effectiveness and speed to market. Implemented value-based pricing methodology and commercials for large complex deals with tight timelines and demanding commercial agreements. Proactively lead strategic commercial discussions for bids and tenders. Responsible for developing and engaging with senior management of the key accounts with a view of driving deeper sales engagement through effective account planning, targeted communication and creating clear value propositions. Hiring was diversified and strategic, helping Amplitel build industry intel.To support people with right technology and tools, I led the technology strategy by acquiring asset management software and pioneered world leading drone based digital twin program which reduced risk and cost of maintenance, and laid foundation of a leading-edge customer experience. Selected finalists presented to a group of seven senior industry executives and were required to answer wide ranging questions about the industry trends and future.
