  Activities and Societies: Cross Country, Long Distance Track, Best Buddies, DECA, Varsity All Women's Choir, BEST Robotics, VEX Robotics, FIRST Robotics, SkillsUSA, TSA, and Speech & Debate. My high school had different tracks that you could go through, and I ended up going through the engineering track. I was the president of BEST Robotics, VEX Robotics, and SkillsUSA for 3 years. I created the Spartan Engineering Club my senior year. While I was president, each robotics team went to a state competition and during my senior year, I led a team that went to the national TSA competition for board game design, that I created all of the graphics for.

(Society of Women's Engineers), Overwatch Team Manager & Community Manager I'm a first-generation Latina who is attending Texas A&M University and working towards a degree in mechatronics. Mechatronics is a fairly new major at Texas A&M University that focuses on both mechanical and electrical engineering. It's an extremely hands-on major that includes a year-long capstone project that needs to be completed in our senior year. Each semester has at least one hands-on project, if not more, challenging the students to get experience with electronics and robotics.
