Analyzed hiring data and developed performance measures to create a MS Excel-based Hiring Metrics Dashboard to document the Office of Human Capital's (OHC) progress in reducing its time to hire and filling key vacancies. Automated the Dashboard by writing a Visual Basic (VBA) macro, reducing the time to update it by 90% (from 5 hours to 30 minutes). Developed a manual for the Dashboard and trained OHC personnel to operate it, empowering them to improve their technical skills and analytical capabilities. The OHC personnel have now been updating and publishing the Dashboard every two weeks since January 2016.Conducted an organizational assessment of the Office of the Chief Information Officer.
