Tracked progress of all activities and delivered regular status updates to leadership to keep them apprised of progress and emerging risks.Facilitated organizational design sessions with 30 Budget, Finance and Procurement personnel to align functions to the future state organizational structure of the proposed Office of the Chief Financial Officer. Analyzed hiring data and developed performance measures to create a MS Excel-based Hiring Metrics Dashboard to document the Office of Human Capital's (OHC) progress in reducing its time to hire and filling key vacancies. Automated the Dashboard by writing a Visual Basic (VBA) macro, reducing the time to update it by 90% (from 5 hours to 30 minutes). Developed a manual for the Dashboard and trained OHC personnel to operate it, empowering them to improve their technical skills and analytical capabilities. The OHC personnel have now been updating and publishing the Dashboard every two weeks since January 2016.Conducted an organizational assessment of the Office of the Chief Information Officer. Interviewed more than 30 stakeholders and co-wrote the assessment that identified opportunities for improvement and delivered 13 recommendations, proposed timelines and associated performance measures.
