From past 20+ years of my experience i was actively involved in the various aspects of Process Consulting, Designing Process flows/work flows, Client Relationship Management, Team Management, Process Management, Revenue Management and Quality Management with respect to the Healthcare BPO/KPO Process and customer service. Handling a team of Managers / Assistant Managers, Team Leaders and Subject Matter Experts. Setting goals for the team in terms of monthly collections/Productivity targets participating Actively in the business calls to give heads up to the new clients on the business processes respective to the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Managing the Revenue Cycle Management functions for Billing client Utilizing the resources to the optimum level for achieving the targets and productivity Setting the team targets for each team and monitoring the performance at regular intervals Preparing the production plans and keep a constant watch on the progress Playing a key role between client and the company Identifying problems, creating choices and providing alternatives courses of actions. Perform Analysis of AR accounts & ensure that AR reports and reconciliations as required by US team are delivered within timelines Supervise the activities being performed by AR team processors and ensure adequate quality standards are met. Provide adequate process training to all the team members Coordinate with the US team, communicate with other departments and customers for any issues and resolve the same.
