      Remote Vibration Analyst (CSI)

As a remote vibration analyst, I was responsible for setting up a customers initial vibration program by traveling to their location, building a database for their equipment, collecting initial baseline data and performing hands-on training for the customer to take over and continue after leaving the plant site. Then, periodically, the customer would send me their vibration data to analyze and report back on. I would then review the data, in detail, and communicate with the customer, by formal report, of any equipment that was in need of maintenance or inspection for issues. While with CSI (Emerson Process Management) I was also trained to, and practiced most of the following technologies: laser alignment (+hot alignment), equipment balancing, IR Thermography inspection, Oil Analysis, Ultrasound Inspection, Motor Circuit Analysis, along with being a Level II Advanced Vibration Analyst and worked with 4500 Online systems Show less
