  The Nominating Committee designs and implements the recruitment process for the upcoming operational year's section board, as well as the nominating committee. Our task was to assemble functional teams that reflect the structure of the union's membership, using a competence-based approach. As the convening member, it was my responsibility to coordinate and drive the work of the Nominating Committee forward so that we could present qualified nominations at the section meeting on September 16, 2021.   Together with my colleague, I mapped out the opportunities that managers, employees, and union representatives identified for healthy and sustainable night work within the Health and Medical Services Administration. The mapping was conducted through around 20 interviews and two surveys, resulting in a report that served as the foundation for the Region's continued efforts to promote healthy and sustainable night work.

  Talent Acquisition Partner / HR Administrator

  I lead and manage recruitment processes at Billerud’s Frövi and Rockhammar sites (Frövi Mill) from start to finish, ensuring we attract the right talent to meet our business needs. My role encompasses both day-to-day recruitment activities and strategic initiatives, and I oversee the full summer recruitment process, from planning to onboarding. I also collaborate closely with our global Talent Acquisition Team.In addition, I serve as Frövi Mill’s Training Manager, responsible for local compliance training, including conducting GAP analyses, organizing mandatory training sessions, and driving continuous development. I manage general HR administration, ensuring smooth payroll communication and maintaining HR records. I work closely with local and regional teams to support the business and drive continuous improvements across a variety of areas. Show less
