      • Responsible for products development and nationalization, manufacturing processes and assured quality of thermal systems and internal finishing, from the conceptualization to certification and homologation tests of vehicles in Brazil;• Responsible for costs, investments of up to R$ 200 million per vehicle model, quality requirements, compliance with the deadlines for the construction of tooling and implementation deadlines for serial production of all recent families in the GM vehicle line;• Strategic planning of thermal systems laboratory, managing resources to new investments and maintenance of equipments, whose annual contracts were approximately R$ 2 million;• Management of engineering teams, quality improvement systems, product durability and reliability;• Responsible for the implementation and subsequent management of a testing laboratory and proving ground in the city of Indaiatuba/SP, in addition to the responsibilities as an Engineering Manager in the Technical Center in the city of São Caetano do Sul/SP;• Budget management of R$ 3 million/year, establishment of goals and capacity plan for the department according to the division´s strategic goals, management of technical staff development, succession plan and performance evaluation.
