The budget covers 400.000 euro's. I was responsible for the contact with 26 studentassociations and more than 25 sportclubs.

Verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van een 'cold-chain network' voor temperatuur gevoelige producten zoals vaccinaties. In deze 3 maanden de apparatuur getest, SPI's geschreven (in het frans), opleidingsmateriaal gemaakt (in het frans), opleidingen gegeven, kostprijs berekeningsmodel gemaakt, een presentatie en flyer gemaakt van de diensten (in frans en engels) en potentiële partners benaderd. Dit alles terwijl ik het Congolese team heb gecoacht, zodat zij na mijn vertrek zelfstandig verder konden met het uitbreiden van de service. Show less
