To comply with New Tel’s dual listing on the ASX and NASDAQ indices, I prepared semi-annual tax-effect work papers and annotations to financial statements.One highlight of my tenure was the completion of a taxation review on a proposal to acquire Chinese Internet sites via Hong Kong subsidiaries.
