  Responsible for planning, organizing , directing and performing the activities related to maintenance, repairs and improvements to county buildings and grounds in compliance with local, state, and federal standards. Work on short term and long range planning for the department and supervision of assigned employees to make the most effective use of skills, facilities and equipment available. Responsible for preparing the annual budget for the buildings and grounds and county jail maintenance.
