  In this role I manage an outdoor education provision called Explore Outdoor on behalf of Abbeycroft Leisure. Explore Outdoor delivers a broad range of outdoor education activities to children and adults. I manage budgets, procurement, staff recruitment, session planning, risk assessment and operational procedure management. Explore Outdoor has grown from a small holiday activity provider to well know and respected outdoor provider delivering sessions across East Anglia, as well as leading expeditions in national parks throughout the UK.
