      In 1990 I established Wordsworth IS Ltd, a national specialist change implementation consultancy passionate about ensuring success in the people-side of change. The team have contributed expertise to a wide variety of continuous improvement and transformational change projects - from technology implementations to acquisitions and mergers. My roles have included: Change Manager, Change Analyst, Project Management, Senior Consultant, Business Improvement Lead, Business Readiness Specialist, Technical Writer, Senior Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Editor, Instructional Designer, and Training Manager. I have worked extensively on ERP projects, working in the last decade predominantly on significant SAP projects (foundational and S/4 Upgrades).Following the release of the Change Management Body of Knowledge, I have undertaken the AMPG global certification in Change Management at Foundation and Practitioner level.
