      Responsible for applied research and pre-development activities, while still technically accountable for core receiver cards. Same responsibilities as chief engineer, now including direct responsibility for FW development processes and personnel.NovAtel's representative for spectrum management at FCC and DoT GPS Adjacent Band Compatibility Assessment activities. Technically accountable for NovAtel's GNSS receiver product lines, including the development and launch of the OEM7 generation. Responsible for technology roadmap that supports future GNSS receiver products. Oversight of new project execution, maintenance, support, and applied research activities related to GNSS receiver products. Technical support for business development and key customers. Responsible for applied research work on GNSS/INS and GNSS augmentation to advance product offerrings. Managing a small team of senior engineers along with contributing technical work. Creating and maintaining the technology roadmap for GNSS/INS. Technical support for business development. Managed a group of 10-15 multidisciplinary engineers creating SPAN GNSS/INS FW and HW. Responsible for FW design, test & verification, and maintenance. Key technical interface for prime customers.
