  A one month study trip with 28 students and two professors. In preparation of this study trip to Brazil we worked one day a week during ten weeks. During the summer holiday we went for one month to Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro to work on business cases for five companies (Itau, Tigre, Mondelez, OLX, Klabin).

  For my master thesis, I developed a three-step onboarding process for young professionals in Kenya. The designed concept focuses on building creative capacity.   I worked at the Faculty of Industrial Design at TU Delft as a researcher and design coach. - Worked on the impact assessment of project IDOLS*. A social innovation initiative funded by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Science and Culture which took place in 2019-2020. We focused on the added value of the creative industry when solving complex problems in society and researched the impact of the collaboration setup within the project.
