As the primary Advantage Suite administrator for the team, Tonja Bailiff enthusiastically stepped up to the task, working collaboratively with CMS and the vendor to quickly gain expert knowledge of the tool. In order to expedite the transition process, CMS created a rigorous schedule, which began in early January 2010, and encompassed transition as well as administration tasks. Due to the demands of the schedule, Tonja was required to work most of the time very long days, nights, weekends and even holidays to support the tool and remain on schedule. During the year, Tonja worked well over 20 weekends to complete her duties and responsibilities on the Program. She did so without complaint, even when the hours required her to miss important activities and events with her family. During this very demanding and stressful time, Tonja successfully navigated challenges like a record-breaking snow storm, tense relations with the vendor and around the clock processing demands with a smile and always-willing demeanor. We deeply appreciate the commitment that Tonja demonstrated to Maricom and the BI/ETL team during this time. We acknowledge how much time she gave to the Program and also acknowledge what she gave up in terms of time with her family. Her work ethic is to be commended and her can-do attitude applauded. She is a true asset to the team and to Maricom and continues to be a key contributor on the BI/ETL Program. Mike Odachowski President Show less
