Supervising a team of 8+ Technicians and Engineers to support production equipment. Managing downtime escalations, MTTR reduction projects, Preventative and Predictive maintenance approaches and improvement projects. Training and development of Boston Scientific staff in TPM principles. Leading teams in production unit roll-out of the TPM program. Training and introduction of ideation techniques such as Six Thinking Hats and SIT to develop new methods and improvements. Visual workplace, along with 5S and Problem-solving techniques to assist with line improvements. Cross function team engagement and conflict resolution through designing common goals. Managing Manufacturing Projects for the business unit with responsibility for the projects team (14+ Project Engineers).Production Unit lead for ensuring Quality/Service/Cost budget targets adherence and timelines.
