Negotiated an inter-exhange telecommunications carrier agreement with the Nevada Public Utilities Commission (PUC) and operated multiple co-locations. Led a staff of 54. Durring the time of operation RBM was the fastest growing telephone service provider in Nevada.

      Administrator / Regulator of a state-wide agency that has office's in Las Vegas, Reno /Tahoe and Carson City (37 employees). Also served as the Governor's Office Director in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Office of Nevada Consumer Affairs serves as the State of Nevada's consumer advocate providing enforcement of the state's consumer protection laws for consumers that live in, work in and visit Nevada. The Office also directly regulates 7 industry's including state-wide electric power generation cooperatives. In addition, the mission is to protect consumers from unfair and deceptive business practices and to provide education to prevent consumers from becoming victims of fraud. Mr. Campos is the founder of Nevada's Fight Fraud Task Force comprising of Federal, State and local law enforcement authorities. An endeavor first of it's kind in the nation. Mr. Campos co-established the first State-wide minority Ombudsman located within the office of Consumer Affairs as well as the Nevada State Minority Council that reports to the Governor of Nevada. - Appointed by Governor Jim Gibbons.
