  Having completed my Dispensing Assistant training I transferred to Boots' newest Flagship store to work as part of the core pharmacy team whilst training to become an Assistant Manager. As a Dispensing Assistant I was responsible for the safe and accurate preparation of prescription medicines whilst strictly following the company's SOPs, as well as other dispensing tasks including being responsible for the ordering and management of stock - minimising capital invested without increasing the potential risk to patients arising from an inability to supply.During this time I mentored both training and newly-qualified Healthcare Advisors, and new-to-role Dispensing Assistants, as part of my trainee Assistant Manager role, as well as managed the sales team which involved maintaining compliance with e-learning, adherence to policy and procedure specifically with respect to security processes.
