My main project was to create a FM handbook and Site Operation Plan document for all the Janitory services - deliveries, sending and receiving goods, post distribution, handyman services, Conference service, waste disposal, copy and Printing etc. The Inpira Janitory area was a crusial area for handling all post and logistics coming in for the 13 companies running their business in the building. I succeded with the Project and I left when the Site Operation Plan document being implementing it into their Facilities services at Silverdal. I am so thankful for Per Karlsson (VD- Inspira AB), Finn Zetterberg, Charlotte Kärre and Niklas Samuelsson for helping me to execute my Intership Project and for applying it into their Facilities services management. I was shaped, sharpened and challenged every day, all to help me enroll myself in a position of a Facility Manager / Property Manager at any Real estate related firm in the near future. My intership ended on the 26th of April 2019. I am thrilled to have been here and for the opportunity of this Learning and personal development experience.
