  Mr. Douglass serves as Team Leader on this JICA funded water supply project in West Bengal. The estimated cost of the project is 1,200 crore ($180 M). The project consists of supplying water from existing dams in Purulia and includes reservoir intakes, water treatment plants and more than 1000 km in distribution pipes. The responsibilities of the Project Management Consultants (PMC) included review of the project designs by National Engineers (WAPCO and STUP), bidding of projects and award of contracts, and construction oversight. Mr. Douglass manages a team of approximately 25 engineers and other specialists. Show less
