  For livelihoods;-Identify social needs and problems of vulnerable community members and identify appropriate response-Develops and improve opportunities for communities to establish sustainable livelihoods through community approach. i.e Sensitizing, Training and Monitoring Savings Groups in operation area.-Manages implementation of development projects ensuring compliance with monitoring and evaluation requirements and conduct training, offer technical assistance in implementing livelihoods project activities to beneficiaries and patners-Advocate for women and youth engagement in leadership positions and that they are actively engaged in all socio-economic aspects of life for a comprehensive community development.For Education;-Maintain excellent relations with communities, patners, donors and networks with other stakeholders through empowering livelihoods and education activities.- Collaboratively proposing future projects/ donors for consideration in the community-Manage and account for cash/floats for activities such as PTA Training, implementation and reporting.-Lead workshops for teachers, communities, PTA's, Children and others as designated related on the value of education and the links between child protection and education-Improve and establish relevant partnerships and forums for the organisation.
