I had the privilege of framing arguments and questions for cross-examination, contributing significantly to the overall defense strategy. The cases involving Section 302 (murder) and Section 307 (attempt to murder) demanded meticulous attention to detail and a nuanced understanding of criminal law.One of the key aspects of my internship involved attending court proceedings regularly. This exposed me to the practical aspects of legal proceedings, enabling me to observe and learn from seasoned practitioners.
