      As a sales representative, I was responsible for full sales cycle at assigned communities. I negotiated contracts and developed individual purchase agreements with each client. My role also involved managing an entire home community as a portfolio of accounts from construction through post-closing and follow-up consultations with buyers. I took time to understand buyers’ wants, needs, and budgets to counsel on individual mortgage options.
