      Activities and Societies: I love to travel, spending time with family, movies, swimming, reading. In 9 short months, I went through an excellerated program of cooking, basic to advanced & international cuisine, basic breads & doughs to advanced pastry & showpieces, restaruant management, wine paring, & working an internship. I was definetely not always a walk in the park, but I got through it and learned lots along the way by some amazingly talented chefs who I'm now proud to be connected to!
