Developed and applied science and technology to nuclear nonproliferation issues by identifying and characterizing emerging and persistent threats; assessing and analyzing situations, processes, and data; developing technological solutions and recommended actions; and implementing these solutions and recommendations. Provided technical and managerial leadership to the Nuclear Engineering and Nonproliferation (NEN) Division at Los Alamos National Laboratory of approximately 300 personnel with an approximate annual budget of $160 M to enable national security research and development (R&D) that reduces the threat of weapons of mass destruction, proliferation, and terrorism and build consequence management-related preparedness.
