During this period I've been working as c# developer, mainly coding and/or proposing new ideas and enhancements on development practices. Most of my time I've been working with ASP.NET MVC 3.0, Jquery, Nunit (using mocking technic), WCF (SOAP), Entity Framework 4.0, SQL Server 2012. I have been also applying some dev patterns like independency injection and inversion of control (using Ninject framework). All under the SCRUM methodology. In here I have the chance to develop software mainly in C# (1.1 and 2.0) and SQL Server 2k/2k5. I also have the opportunity to manage a couple of very good teams. As a Staff Manager I was responsible of the accounting, billing, forecasting and cost maintenance. The project I am working in is formed by more than 60 people, distributed in 6 countries, all assigned to a globally well known US Company. Additionally, as Site Manager I am responsible of maintaining the adequate structure & services at Globant office in Mendoza. My main responsibility is to help to create and promote a healthy and adequate atmosphere for my co-workers in the local office. Also I help and promote an adequate and clear career path for my partners, providing them guidelines and assistance to resolve any impediment they may encounter to find their professional development. Finally I am in charge of looking for new horizons and opportunities of the Company for the region. As an Agile Coach I provide support and assistance to the company leads in order to increase and improve the implementation of Agile Methodologies in their projects, specially for Scrum and Kanban. We create a "Agility Health Radar" report per team to observe their progresses. Additionally, and when having extra time I write papers, collaborate with talks and attend meetings to discuss new ways of increasing the effectiveness of Agile paradigms. Show less Working for an important project in San Francisco Bay. During this period I was responsible of generating a solid Agile framework and to provide guidelines to implement it in an US Company settled down in San Francisco. Our main goal was to generate a Balance Scorecard report in which any Manager was able to measure and track the evolution and maturity of each of the 14 development teams. There we were able to measure different aspects, by using an objective and rational perspective. The final step was to generate a clear orientation to recognize which of 5 areas a team was strong and weak, to then provide all the required support to make those weaknesses to hide out. Show less
