In-House Brand Health Tracking: As project manager, I was responsible for design the scope of the project, team building, field work, data processing, analysis and reporting, marketing and sales. We started with 5 different food and non-food FMCG products and we developed it to 10 products after completing 3 quarter. We named the project RBHT (Rahbar Brand Health Tracking) and after being selected as the representative of Kantar in Iran, this project has undergone some changes and now it is working as BranZ in Rahbar Bazaar.- Main clients on RBHT: Henkel, Margarine (Afteb Oil) and ... .2. Tracking Studies: I was designer these projects mainly focused on brand studies and consumer satisfaction studies. These types of projects were planned monthly basis or quarterly basis and by preparing the trend data we were able to observe any changes in the market and found out the activities of competitors.- Main clients on Tracking Studies were: Ipsos (Brand Health Tracking on 2 FMCG Products), Unilever (Brand Health Tracking on 8 FMCG Products), Hayat Kimia (Consumer Satisfaction on 2 FMCG Products) and ... .3. Census Studies: I was responsible for whole operation processes to the clients. The main activity of these projects is the field work that it needs huge number of enumerator in each area.
