Responsibilities include; 1) Ensure that the Service Solutions VP/GM is aware of, and up-to-speed on, the Lean activities taking place within the Service Solutions organization2) Assist the Service Solutions VP/GM with the development, execution and cadencing of the high-level Lean Plan for the Service Solutions organization3) Prepare or coordinate the Lean content for Service Solutions’ AOP, SFP, and QBRs4) Ensure that all major organizations and locations within Service Solutions have a Lean Plan, that those Lean Plans are linked to the organization's Breakthrough Goals & Key Business Initiatives, and that the Lean Plans are cadenced monthly5) Coordinate Lean Training and Lean certification for the Service Solutions organization6) Provide, or coordinate, Lean event facilitation for Service Solutions Lean eventsOver the course of my first year as a Senior Lean Consultant with International Service and Solutions we were able to exceed our FY15 Lean goal of $9 Million by and additional $4 Million. Keys to success are to truly understand "What Problem you are trying to solve"​ before implementing solutions that give at best, "band aid" results.
