  I worked with gacl in hydrogen peroxide plant for 1 year on DCS and in the field as well. Where i learned routine field activity in starting 3 months and after that handled all the parameters of hydrogen peroxide plant from the DCS as per SOP & by handling all the safety parameters.

  H2O2 plant -I have to work on DCS and control all the parameters of plant from DCS. it has unit process like hydrogenation, oxidation, etc and unit operations like extraction, distillation etc. i am controlling all the parameters very efficiently and very accurately. i had experience various type of troubleshooting from DCS. Main product of the Indian Peroxide Limited is hydrogen peroxide which is 35% concentrated, 50% cocentrated and 60% concentared.H2 Reforming-2000Nm^3/hr( NG cracking, reforming process) -i am having experince of H2 production by reforming process, Capacity of the plant is 2000 Nm3/hr. i control all the process parameters of the plant from the DCS and all experience of troubleshooting of the plant from the DCS as well as from the field. I maintain all the parameters as per SOP and as per safety noms. Show less

  Here i appointed as a production officer in methyl amine plant. where i have to lead the shifts and all types of work related to plant parameters and also knowing the permit systems and run the plant by keeping always safety in mind and give the guidance related to production, plant parameters & other routine plant activities. also having experience of manpower handling. Plant is fully continuous plant and all columns are fully pressurized columns. The raw material of the process is ammonia and methanol and products are Mono methyl amines, Die methyl amines & Tri methyl Amines. Capacity of the plant is 120 TPD. Show less

  Here i appointed as a shift engineer in hydrogen peroxide plant in which i already worked in my previous compnay. capacity of the plant is 180 TPD here. & here i have to work in daily shift basis. main work in shift is to complete all the job work related to plant on daily basis. planning of work on daily basis, to guide all the manpower on DCS to maintain process paramters, to guide manpower in field to do work safely. complete all work related to plant. to give work permits in shifts to their concern departments & documentataion related to plant productions.
