  - Perform standard quality control tests on stimulation and cementing fluid systems to verify the job design for clients such as water analysis test ( pH, Sp gravity, Iron, Chloride, Carbonate, Bicarbonate, Magnesium, calcium and sulphate) , Mud ( rheology & density) , Spacer & Mudsaver ( density & rheology), Compatibility tests 50/50 , 25/75, 75/25 between mud/spacer , spacer/ cement, mud/mudsaver, mudsaver/cement , Cement slurries ( rheology, fluid-loss, free-fluid, thickening time, compressive strength, dynamic & static settling tests). - Assist the lab- supervisor and support Engineer with the additive selection and the cement slurry design for clients to use for surface casing , intermediate casing , production casing , plug and liner cementing job . - Perform preparation, operation, maintenance and calibration of equipments used ( HPHT consistometer, Ultrasonic Cement Analyzer, Atmospheric Consistometer, Rheometer, Pressurized Curing chamber, Constant speed Mixer etc..) - Perform pre-test and pre-job tasks as needed in preparation for providing analytical support to actual operations- Assist the lab-supervisor and support Engineer with the preparation, documentation and reporting of laboratory testing data- Perform inventory control and management of chemical additives used ( both dry and Liquid) - Perform weekly QA/QC on cement systems, Neat-cement and dry & liquid chemical - Mentors junior new-hire in laboratory operations and procedures Show less Perform pre/post trip inspection and drives equipment to well-site over all roads including interstate highways, county roads, and off road under any weather conditions to deliver services , product, tools and equipment. Operates cement ABT truck and helps the cement pump truck operator with valves during jobs on location. Also assist Field engineer and pump truck operator in controlling blending and pumping equipment to treat oil or gas wells by dumping cement, acids and other treatment materials on the fly in to mixer to blend solution . Loading and unloading of ABT truck with cement and chemical additive prior to leaving for job and after coming back from job. Preparation, documentation and maintaining of job related paperwork, time sheets, driver DOT logs, trip sheets, etc. Rig-up on well-site by unloading and assembling pipes and pressure pumping equipment.
