The overall objective for the Culture work was to help define the wanted corporate culture underlying the new company vision. Growing this culture started with putting the topic on the agenda of the Executive Management Team and securing that all leaders walked the talk. My role was to lead this process and a strong global network of 12 transformation facilitators. Trained 80% of Volvo IT managers globally on communicative leadership (change communication, feedback, dialogue, and cascading).As a culture navigator, trained and supported culture ambassadors who facilitated our journey towards our wanted culture.
