  Compact Dynamics develops cutting-edge high performance eDrives and Inverters for motorsport and aerospace sectors. We work with industry leaders such as Scuderia Ferrari, Porsche, Toyota Motorsport, and DLR.I contribute to the team as Development Engineer with focus on Thermal and Fluid Simulation. With a hands-on approach spanning design, analysis, and manufacturability, my work includes:- CAD Design with CATIA V5: Develop CAD models and technical drawings, ensuring manufacturability through collaboration with production teams.- Thermal, Fluid, and Heat Transfer Calculations: Execute analytical heat transfer calculations (Thermal equivalent networks), as well as pressure losses rough estimations.- CFD Simulations: Leverage Ansys Fluent, OpenFOAM, and ParaView to perform detailed thermal and fluid simulations.- Finite Element Analysis (FEA): Conduct FEA simulations in Abaqus to assess cooling system resilience under operational pressures, ensuring high reliability and durability.- Data Analysis and Python Automation: Employ Python to automate data extraction, pre-/post-processing tasks, and implement custom OpenFOAM utilities for streamlined workflows.
