Ensure the Pipeline Coordinator's organizational objectives are met for the state pipeline right-of-way lease compliance oversight program. Define and initiate projects, and assign employees to manage schedules, monitor performance of component projects to ensure project success. Report lease compliance by documenting the lessee’s performance using standard surveillance methods to inspect the physical pipeline systems and document activity performance against lease compliance criteria. Communicate state of Alaska laws, regulations, policies and procedures to validate in-field findings. Compile information and write sections of the State Pipeline Coordinator’s Annual Reports. Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with representatives from industry, state, federal and local agencies to ensure a strong and positive working relationship is formed and maintained to ensure the best interests of the state of Alaska are top priority.
