    Ravi is an MBA in Marketing and IT from IMT Ghaziabad. He has 4+ years of IT industry experience, blending business acumen with technical expertise and excelling in product management, project management, digital transformation using the cloud-first approach, and driving customer success. He has worked in close coordination with the CXOs, and Senior Management towards developing digital transformation solutions for the clients. Worked in LifeScience, Public Service and Healthcare domain. Transitioned into multiple roles during his career. From a Cloud Engineer to an Associate Technical Project Manager and Associate Product Manager. It has been an exciting journey from making daily deliveries independently to leading a team of 14+ SDEs for different projects. As a Project Manager, he led a 14-member team for two different projects, coordinated cross-functional discussions and managed project lifecycle using Agile practices. He ensured effective stakeholder communication, compliance, and maintained Azure DevOps hygiene throughout the SDLC. As a Product Manager, he conducted user research to shape the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) product vision and roadmap, addressing stakeholder needs. Advocated for user requirements and collaborated with developers and UI/UX designers to create and validate features, enhancing usability, improve patient care and user experience. As an AWS Cloud Architect, he was responsible for architecting, provisioning and troubleshooting end-to-end AWS infrastructure and conducted Proof of Concept (POCs) on AWS cloud for multiple initiatives at TCS Public Services-US ISU. Worked on Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML), Unemployment Insurance (UI), and Tax Mantra initiatives. He is a self-learner with an intent to thrive his management and technical skills every single day with industry exposure in information technology and services industry.
