  The Kingsmills Hotel Group is a leading luxury hotel group operating in Inverness. Reporting to the Director of Sales, I oversee all marketing activities for both properties in the group. This includes website development, content creation, SEO, PPC advertising, social media management, email marketing and event marketing.Notable achievements during my time include:- Coordinated the marketing/public relations strategy surrounding the launch of the 5* Ness Walk Hotel in 2019.- Complete SEO copywriting of both properties websites - Took control of the Facebook Ad account and increased ROAS from ~8:1 to ~40:1 in an industry known for low returns. - Developed a social media following from scratch and organically grown the audience to over 25k in a year. - Creation and marketing of the Torrish Supper Club, a monthly dining experience with a difference. - A viral reactive marketing social post that reached over 3 million people in 24 hours, making the front page of the Reddit and features on major publications.
