  •Determine the new power generation projects technology and location.•Prepare contracts' draft and tender documents (Request for Proposal (RFP)) for new power generation projects.•Perform the full detailed qualification for developers, EPC contractor, and stakeholders.•Conduct Technical and Financial evaluation for all large scale projects in Jordan (Conventional and Renewable) and review the financial model.•Prepare, negotiate, finalize, and administrate the projects agreements (Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Transmission Connection Agreement, Implementation Agreement, Water Supply Agreement, Land Lease Agreement and the related Lender Direct Agreements).•Follow up the implementation and construction of the projects according to the agreements and regulations and make the full arrangement with all required entities.•Prepare requirements from all NEPCO's teams and set the action plan to them to be performed by the proper team and the due time in accordance to the agreements.•Manage the technical and commercial interfaces between NEPCO and the project company in accordance to the project agreements, technical requirements, and the grid code.•Review and comment on the test procedures and make the follow-up with the Independent Engineer•Witness the testing and commissioning works including the functional, grid compliance, and commercial test, with making all required coordination with NEPCO's National Control Center (NCC) and other related departments, in addition to FAT /SAT inspections.•Handle technical, commercial, and legal issues and problems which may occur during the development, construction, and commissioning of the project with coordination with others•Review, comment, prepare, and investigate documents satisfying the Condition Precedents (CP's) to meet the project's Financial Close (FC) and its Commercial Operation Date (COD).• Conduct the economical studies and financial analysis.•Review the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA).
