Advocated to amend the California Penal Code Section 830 to recognize Tribal Law Enforcement as Peace Officers in the State of California, a critical step toward providing greater protection to tribal communities.In response to persistent challenges in recruiting qualified candidates for the police department, I proactively conducted comprehensive research and developed a strategic proposal to revitalize our recruitment processes.
