We would show the guests what we did to their vehicle, upon request, so they had a good understanding of what repairs or maintenance services were performed.

  I was responsible for providing repair estimates to customers and Insurance companies using the Mitchell Estimating Program. From there, I would sell our services to the customer in efforts to earn their business, and begin negotiations with their insurance company to get the repair process started. I would keep the customers up to date with a daily phone call as to the status of their vehicle's repairs, and would do a walk around of the vehicle with them once the repairs were complete to ensure that the work done was up to their standards.I was also in charge of dispatching the work through the shop, handled parts ordering, and payroll.   Supervise the day to day outside operations for the salvage end of my company, provide coaching, and training to my staff. Provide salvage quotes to aid insurance companies with determining payouts to their clients, keep track of the maintenance of our fleet of yard vehicles and Wheel loaders. Trained and developed the Condition Report Writer Team utilizing several different mediums from classroom to hands on instruction.
