      I was employed by Cascade Engineering from 2004 to 2012 in three different positions. From March 2009 to August 2012, I was the Inside Sales & Marketing Representative. In this role, I spearheaded and designed a successful market research campaign to deliver intelligence from the municipal market sector and also managed all campaign operations including hiring, training and mentoring staff. I developed and implemented a successful marketing strategy for a municipal container business which expanded market penetration through research, market data compilation and analysis, and effectively collaborated with outside sales teams. I also successfully implemented B2C web portal with shopping cart technology integrated into the production management system. Some of my achievements as the Inside Sales and Marketing Representative included:• Strategically designed marketing campaign to increase sales opportunities resulting in $270M in potential sales.• Collaborated on the innovative product design for a collapsible rain barrel which incorporated the voice of the customer and realized a reduction in shipping costs by 20% and retail shelf storage space by 25%. • Increased efficiencies in accounting, supply chain and shipping by 15% by leading cross-functional teams in integrating a B2C on-line shopping cart with accounting, supply chain and shipping computer processes. Show less In another role at Cascade Engineering as the Program Manager, I led cross-functional teams to design, manufacture and launch automotive products based on specifications and requirements we received from our clients. Through extensively interacting and collaborating with key external and internal resources, I was able to ensure optimal product launch and mitigated product design and secondary equipment issues through planning, leadership and foresight. In this role, I administered all aspects of injection molded office furniture parts including improving product consistency, quality and production through the application of the APQP and PPAP product approval process which resulted in faster response times and ensured customer satisfaction.       As the Manager of the Reliability Sciences Center, I lead all global initiatives related to durable product reliability and establish the annual scientific and technical goals aligned with corporate plans and I provide the tactical plan to accomplish them. I also manage a global, cross-functional test engineering team in the development and implementation of new technologies and identify the skill sets required for consultative and technical support in product design while ensuring consistency in processes, protocols and data analysis between three global laboratories. Through effective leadership, strategic planning and management, the Reliability Engineering Test Group evolved from a tactical input/output laboratory into a full-service consultative team of dedicated engineers delivering consultative expertise for highly reliable and quality products. My innovative approach for reporting product reliability to executive management enables them to make informed decisions and efficiently communicate with global partners on product reliability. Some of my achievements as the Manager of the Reliability Sciences Center include:• Instrumental in the launch of newest product line which has maintained a reliability of 95% or above since launch in June 2017.• Organized and authored an independent third-party survey to quantify the capability of the Reliability Testing Lab resulting in a ranking in the top 25% of surveyed companies.• Led a cross-functional collaborative team to implement a common Laboratory Information System which streamlines the management of testing data, provides searchability, and reporting capabilities to nine dissimilar laboratories.• Evaluated China and US staff on technical competencies, identified gaps, developed training program to close gaps and add new skills to support and enhance product quality and reliability.
