      As an employee at NIL Technology I was intimately involved in the early stages of the development of the core technologies that enable the mass-production of plastic cosumer products with functionalized surfaces. The functionality is obtained via an intimate cross-talk between the intrinsic polymer properties and the carefully designed surface topology. I have worked intensively on process development and optimization within the framework of internal R&D projects, through participation in different national and international research projects but also in order to ensure the best results when working on customer orders from private companies.Furthermore, I have contributed internally by promoting accurate documentation and knowledge sharing. Furthermore, I am producing substrates and devices for sensing applications.
